The CAEP allocation amendment, based on the Governor’s signed 2020-21 budget, is due August 14. Log in to NOVA today to complete the allocation amendment.
The Quarter 4 Member Expense Report is due in NOVA on September 1. The consortium has until September 30 to certify the Member Expense Report. Please note – this is the final expense report for the 2019-20 program year. Prior to submission and certification, ensure all expenditures are correct and there are no red exclamation points in the budget remaining column. Once the expenditure report is certified, the report and budget and work plan are no longer available for revisions.

Looking for guidance on how to quickly implement distance instruction? The EdTech Center has released remote teaching guidance to support instructors and adult learners during the COVID-19 pandemic. The eight-step rapid approach to distance instruction provides a framework to quickly get started and aim for sustainability. OTAN discusses this guidance in more detail during the CAEP regional network meetings.

Fall CAEP Regional Network Meetings Are Underway

The CAEP has kicked off the 2020-21 program year with the Fall CAEP Regional Network Meetings. All CAEP practitioners are invited to participate in this collaborative environment. The structure of these meetings is designed to provide attendees with important information from the CAEP Office, CAEP TAP, OTAN, CASAS and WestEd, then open sharing and discussion.
In preparation for the regional network meetings, the CAEP Office, CAEP TAP, OTAN, CASAS and WestEd asked attendees to identify the topics that were of most importance. Access the results of the poll and engage in further conversation during the regional network meetings.

CAEP Program Area Report for 2019-20

The CAEP Program Area Report estimates are due September 1 and the actuals are due December 1. Join Tim Harmon, President of Workforce Enterprise Services, Inc. (WES), as he discusses his analysis of the 2018-19 Hours and Expenditures report. The webinar will provide an opportunity for CAEP providers to ask questions about the results and recommended changes to reporting requirements.
