  • Taking Care of Your Behavioral Health - Tips from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) for social distancing, quarantine, and isolation during an infectious disease outbreak.

  • Telehealth Expansion for Medicare Beneficiaries during COVID-19 Outbreak- The Trump Administration announced expanded Medicare telehealth coverage that will enable beneficiaries to receive a wider range of healthcare services from their doctors without having to travel to a healthcare facility.

A new app, Quarantine Chat has been designed to help people during the COVID-19 outbreak has been created to help people connect with other people when they are needing support due to isolation. It is FREE to use.
