Commercial Online Banking is Now Available!

Beginning Monday, December 4, you will have access to your new Commercial Online Banking platform! We ask that you begin validating your account information that has been converted. This validation should consist of but is not limited to: ACH/Wire Templates, Users, Accounts, Alerts, etc.

To access Commercial Online Banking, you will first need to download the First Mid Secure Browser to your computer. You must have administrative rights on the computer to complete the installation. You will also need your unique Activation Key, which is tied to your specific User Profile.

A video overview of the system, important information, and links to supporting documents can be found HERE. Included in the supporting documents is a Secure Browser Installation Guide, which can walk you through the remaining steps of the Secure Browser activation.

To request changes, standard account users should contact their Company Admin user. If additional assistance is needed, Company Admin users may contact our Treasury Services Support team by submitting a secure message in the system or by calling 1-833-680-5110.
