Thank you for your ongoing business and warm welcome to the New Zealand market.

Please see detailed below some important changes to our commercial and trading terms.

1. Price Repositioning:

In response to increases in many factory input costs and sustained currency movements against the NZD, we will be adjusting prices across several brands. This will ensure our products remain competitive while providing stability in the medium to long term for retailers and customers. Most of the price changes are increases but there are also some decreases while some prices remain unchanged. 

2. Early Settlement Discount:

We will be reducing the seven-day early settlement discount from 6% to 3%, effective 01/04/2025. 

3. Dealer Margins:

We are pleased to inform you that in most cases we are increasing dealer margin percentages between 1.5% and 3.5%. Note that an increase in margin of 1.5% results in a decrease in cost of 2.1% eg).

Updated price and margin lists will be provided shortly on a brand-by-brand basis.

4. Change in Banking Details

We have opened a NZ bank account with BNZ for all future payments. Please update your records with the following new account details:

5. Synergy Audio New Zealand is Fully Operational!

Our current brand portfolio now extends to ten, across a range of loudspeakers, electronics and digital and analogue sources:
