VIP Ticketholder Details

If you do not already have your VIP lanyard, you will grab it at the check-in table at the main entrance. VIP seats are located on the first four numbered rows on the lawn.

Food from Candlelite Inn and a full bar from J. Gilligan's will be available to VIPs in the Levitt Center from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Styx VIP Information

Separate from the Levitt Pavilion VIP tickets, all Styx VIP package ticket purchasers should be on the lookout for an email about your special commemorative items. These items will not be needed at the ticket gate, all you need to bring is your printed ticket or link on phone. 

Details are sent to attendees 3-4 days in advance of a show date. Redemption details will come from info@future-beat.com and include codes to be redeemed online where buyers confirm their shirt size and preferred mailing address. Buyers should see an email this week, please check your junk folder if not seen.
Find Your Tickets

If you have already purchased your tickets and need to re-locate them just follow these 3 steps:
 
 
2. At the top right of the screen click “Find My Tickets”
 
3. Enter the email address you used to purchase the tickets and click "Search"
 
That’s it! The system will email you the link to your tickets. 
 
To ensure your email is delivered to your inbox, please confirm that TicketstotheCity.com is on your approved senders list. 
Have Your Ticket Ready

We will not have your ticket at the entrance gate. When you arrive, you will need to present your printed ticket or your electronic ticket on your phone. You will then be given a wristband to get you into the concert's General Admission and Reserved Seating areas.

A limited number of tickets will be available to purchase at the gate. As always, we recommend purchasing tickets ahead of time.
Gates Open at 6:30 p.m.

To enter the concert area, you will go to the corner of W. South Street and Pecan Street.
Parking is Free

Free parking is available all around the Levitt Pavilion, including the 101 Center garage to the north and street parking around Downtown Arlington.

  • Chairs- these will be provided for you

  • Coolers
  • Outside food or beverages except two water bottles per person are allowed

Health & Safety
The Levitt has health and safety precautions in place to make sure our guests, staff and artists are safe during events. 
  • Antibacterial stations are located near restrooms and throughout the concert area. 
  • Cleaning crews sanitize restrooms before, during and after events.

We ask that if you are feeling ill, have a temperature 100 degrees or higher or have been exposed to COVID-19 within the last 14 days, you do not attend events at the Levitt Pavilion.
