Comments Due July 29th

The proposed rule would provide a regulatory framework for states, public water systems, and communities they serve to evaluate options for restructuring systems to help ensure safe, reliable drinking water. The rule addresses: new mandatory assessment authority for states; requirements for performing mandatory restructuring assessments; and eligibility requirements for incentives for public water to restructure. Public comments are due by July 29, 2024.
