The Killick Aerospace Group, as owners of Killick Aerospace Limited and Turbine Engine Specialists (TES), is pleased to communicate a change in their company structure.
Effective 2nd January 2023, the responsibility for the exclusive parts distribution on the Challenger 600/601 and Learjet 60 programs will no longer trade under Killick Aerospace Limited but rather through a newly formed company TES Parts LLC (“TES Parts”).
As we have had the chance to see more of our customers in the last 12 months, we have realized that there is close alignment between Turbine Engine Specialists (TES), an MRO who specializes in business aviation Engine and APU maintenance and support, and the Killick Aerospace Limited parts business on the Challenger and Learjet platforms.
We believe that by aligning all Business Aviation products and services under TES it will benefit our customer base. The new TES will focus on the following services: Field Services, Engine Services, APU Services and Parts Services.
To continue to support you effectively it is important to establish TES Parts as a new supplier in your system prior to the official cutover date of 2nd January 2023. To facilitate this change we ask that you communicate with Allison Butler (allison.butler@tesservice.com) with any documentation that we need to complete or any other information that you require from us to complete this process and ensure that TES Parts is set up in your system.
As part of this change, we ask that you provide a new Sales Tax Exemption Certificate(s) for every “ship-to-state” no later than Friday 30th December 2022. Please Click Here to upload your Sales Tax Exemption Certificate(s).
