Fall State Cup 2022 (Played in Fall 2021)
Open to U14 - U19 MSYSA-affiliated girls teams.
Application & Payment Deadline: 12:00 Noon on June 29, 2021
When: August 7 – September 19, 2021 (Preliminary Games)
            October 2 – 3, 2021 (Quarterfinals & Semifinals)
            October 16 – 17, 2021 (Finals)
Cost: $695 per team

National League Conferences
Open to U13 - U19 Girls teams, U13 - U14 Boys teams, U15 Boys teams (developmental/supplemental)
Application & Payment Deadline: July 1, 2021. Note: There are 2 applications!
When: Fall Season: August 7, 2021 – November 7, 2021
Cost: $650 (NLC Application/Program fee) plus $450 (MSYSA Registration fees).
Important Dates:
  • July 8, 2021 – State Association Endorsements
  • July 15, 2021 – NLC Acceptances
  • August 3 & 4, 2021 – Scheduling Meetings
There are two (2) applications that must be submitted in order for a team to be considered for participation in the National League Conference – the US Youth Soccer Leagues Conference Application and the MSYSA Application for Participation in the NLC.
National League Conference Endorsement Criteria:
Once the application window closes, MSYSA will select which teams to endorse for the National League Conferences.

Teams who apply for the National League Conference but are not endorsed by MSYSA will receive a full refund. Teams who apply for the National League Conference and are endorsed by MSYSA but withdraw any time after endorsement will not receive a refund of any kind.

Registration: League Affiliation and Team Payments due to MSPSP by July 1, 2021
  • Teams MUST be enrolled in the MSPSP Fall 2021 event in GotSport by July 1, 2021. NO EXCEPTIONS.
When: August 20, 2021 – November 21, 2021
Cost: $550 per Fall 2021 Team
  • Payment via check (Recommended) submitted via affiliation, or self-submitted if MSYSA direct member
  • Online payment (Recommended for less than 10 teams) due prior to July 1, 2021

  • July 11, 2021 – Late Player Additions active

Coaching Education Opportunities
Whether you are a novice coach, premier coach or wanting to become involved in the coaching side of soccer, MSYSA has courses available for you.
United States Soccer Federation Coaching Education Grassroot Courses
Course Times: 9v9 courses are 8am-12pm (noon) & 11v11 courses are 1:00pm-5:00pm.
Course registration is open until full or the day prior to course start date. (D courses will close two weeks prior to course start date or until course if full.) Please visit or for additional course listings.
Note: In order to be eligible to register for grassroot coaching courses, coaches must complete the free, online, 20-minute intro course located here.
United States Soccer Federation Coaching Education D License Courses
D license course information and registration can be found here. Course registration is open until two weeks prior to course start date or until course is full. (Max candidate limit is 24)
Note: A unique combination of three of the eight Grassroots Licenses now formally represent the prerequisite to progress to the U.S. Soccer D License. Specifically, candidates must have completed a minimum of three grassroots courses, in the form of two in-person courses and one online course:
  • Two in-person courses (one of which must be the 11v11)
  • One online course across any of the four levels (4v4, 7v7, 9v9, 11v11)
Coaching candidates who have earned the E or F License will have the following opportunities to use those certifications toward the D License prerequisites:
  • U.S. Soccer E License + Introduction to Grassroots Coaching Module
  • U.S. Soccer F License + Introduction to Grassroots Coaching Module + 11v11 in-person license + one other (4v4, 7v7 or 9v9) in-person license
