• August 30, 2018 (Thursday) is the last day to submit the Project Completion Form and ALL required close-out documentation to the Contractor Portal. This includes the test-out documentation and proof of closed HVAC permits (if air conditioner and/or furnace measures are claimed). The Project Completion Form Checklist is a handy document that can help make sure you have all the information and documentation you’ll need to submit the Project Completion Form.

• Any issues found during inspection or review must be corrected and submitted by September 10, 2018. No exceptions can be granted.

• Until August 31, 2018, homeowners in the former SoCalREN Home Upgrade territory (Los Angeles County customers served by both SCE and SoCalGas) are eligible to participate in the Joint SCE/SoCalGas Home Upgrade program at the full 100% incentive! To receive an incentive, all projects must be reserved by 6 p.m. August 31, 2018 in the Joint SCE/SoCalGas program’s WebApp and must be post-retrofit submitted with all required documentation by October 31, 2018. (Please note: these deadlines only apply to Joint SCE/SoCalGas program projects.)

• Beginning September 1, 2018, both the SoCalREN and Joint SCE/SoCalGas territories will be folded into the SoCalGas-only program. Projects will be incentivized at the rate of 30% of the total incentive amount (for Home Upgrade) or total energy savings amount (for Advanced Home Upgrade) for projects in the SoCalGas Municipalities excluding LADWP. The program will be offering free third-party diagnostic testing and project processing, too!
