Important Deadlines for the
27th Annual Interdisciplinary Breast Center Conference
 
Register to attend the NCoBC's 27th Annual Conference 
before February 14  (February 15th, there will be a $100 late fee)

Book your housing at special NCBC block rates at the Paris Las Vegas, deadline to make your reservations is
 before February 10th.  
(Reservations made after this date will be booked at the prevailing rate,  IF there are rooms remaining. There is another convention and a Nascar race this same weekend so hotels are filling up fast.  Don't wait, Book Now and Guarantee your Room and our Rate!)
Other Important Items
  • Check-in Early! The registration desk will be open on Friday, March 10 from 12 - 8 pm in Champagne Ballroom 1 in the conference center.
  • The networking group will be offering an all-levels cardio kicking boxing class on Friday night, March 10.  If you are interested in joining in on the fun, please email Julie at susij@emhs.org to pre-register so we know how many to plan for.  She would also like to hear from you about what you want to do or see during evening networking.
    6:30-8:30 pm
  • Opening night, March 11, we will be hosting the "Rock Around the Clock" Exhibitor Reception. Make plans to attend & wear your 50's costume or accessory. 
  • Just a reminder that there is a $25 change fee for name badge change requests onsite, so please make sure you double check your badge on your conference confirmation.
