The long-awaited Local 98 Dental Insurance is just days away Brothers and Sisters! We are pleased to announce that effective March 1st, 2024, the Local 98 Insurance Fund will now be offering dental coverage through Delta Dental. This coverage will be provided to All Active Participants and their dependents enrolled in the Full, Standard, or Basic Plans. The Delta Dental Plan will also replace the self-funded dental benefits that All Opt-Out Participants and their dependents currently receive. There is no paperwork required or sign up needed. The coverage will automatically start on March 1st, 2024. When you go to a Delta Dental Provider they will be able to look you up using your Social Security Number or the Benefit ID on your current insurance card. At the bottom of this email please click on the links to review documents which explain all the details of the plan. The attached documents will also be arriving in your home mailbox soon.
