Important Lease Information! Please read carefully.

Dear Tenant,


We are quickly approaching the time of year where you must submit your 2024-2025 leasing decisions to us. This is referred to as the Housing Election Period.


The Housing Election Period will begin March 4, and end March 31.

Starting March 4th, you must log into your resident portal and choose 1 of the 4 options available to you. Your options will be as follows:

Renew Your Lease:

Request to extend/renew your lease through June 30, 2025, if eligible.


Short-term Lease Renewal:

Request to vacate your apartment on a date between July 1, 2024 and July 31, 2024.


Request Early Move Out:

Request to vacate your apartment before June 30, 2024 and potentially end your lease charges early.


  • You will be responsible for the rent until it is re-rented (including the turnover days for cleaning, painting, maintenance, etc.) or until your lease end date of 6/30/2024, whichever occurs earlier. 

**Please note due to volume, turnover can take up to 14 days.


Decline All Options:

Vacate your apartment on June 30, 2024.

Be sure to submit your decision by March 31.

Important things to remember when making your Housing Election Decision:

Any changes, if possible, to a decision after your housing election decision has been processed, will result in a $300 change fee.


  • Be sure to make a purposeful decision!


  • Please know that once submitted, changing your decision may not be possible and is not guaranteed.

All Co-Lessees must submit individual decisions. Co-Lessee Housing Election Decisions can be complex:

Graduating Students who are not renewing their lease to 6/30/2025:

 

  • Will be billed in April to their Student Account for their future rent up until their rent responsibility end date.
