Important Details for the All Fellows Luncheon in Chicago
We are so excited to see everyone next week in Chicago!
You can grab your nametag on Tuesday afternoon beginning at 1:00 p.m. outside the Glessner House room on the 3rd Floor of the Marriott Marquis Chicago. Your name tags will also be available Wednesday outside the Grand Horizon Ballroom.
We are not providing printed schedules, so we ask you to please download and use the conference app. To do so,
- Go to the Apple/Android store and search for "Cvent Events."

Once the download is complete, search for our event "2025 Fall Meetings and All Fellows Luncheon."
- You will be prompted to enter the name and email address you registered under to access your personal schedule.
- You can then see the full agenda, your personal schedule, and speakers bios.
We ask you to set the app settings to accept push notifications as we will be sending out reminders and information through the app. Please note that NCBJ is also using the same conference platform app. It is easy to switch between your events—just go to your profile → settings → scroll to the bottom of the page to exit the event → toggle to the other event.
