As early as July, two large public parking lots will no longer be available to EDGE businesses for monthly parking. The first, the EDGE Lot (1100 block), will be closing for the new EDGE Collective development. The second, 800 1st Ave. S., will close for the new UPC development. While parking needs may be light at the moment, we soon anticipate a strong recovery and parking pressures will come back into focus. To help ensure that EDGE businesses have alternatives, we negotiated the following, and encourage you to take advantage of them:

1. A monthly permit rate of $30 with the Rays in Lot 6. These permits include parking during all home games except post-season (during which the Rays would try to arrive at a reasonable rate). These permits are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. To get yours, contact Austin Mitchell at and ask for the EDGE business monthly permits.

2. A monthly permit rate of $50 at 1211 1st Ave. North. There are 40 spaces available, first-come, first-served. To get yours, email Rick Noll at
