Uniform and Fan Gear Information

While uniforms are still being worked on, here is some current information

Where do we order uniforms and fan gear?

There will be one store that houses both the Elevate and the Bandits uniforms. Currently, there is only Elevate gear on the website and we will have the Bandits gear added soon.

Everyone will be buying their own team uniforms directly from this store, and all our fan gear will also be available here.

What do we order if we need uniforms for fall?

For anyone needing Elevate uniforms for this fall, the white and black Nike shirts available on the store are available to be ordered now. These are two of the jerseys we will be wearing next season, so these shirts can be ordered whenever you need them.

How long does it take to receive my uniforms?

Typically, the white and black shirts from the Nike store take about 2-3 weeks to arrive. There is no deadline to order, the store is open all year long.

We will also be adding more uniforms to the store, including our teal shirts and a custom option, that will be available to order soon.

These are optional uniforms and each team will decide whether they want to order them. Custom jerseys take a little longer than the stock white and black.

All of the Bandits options will be made available shortly.

What about hats?

The program will order hats for everybody and those will be at the facility for pick up. Any Elevate teams that are playing in the fall can pick up the black hats whenever they want. New players only for now, as our stock is limited.

We will not have white game hats for fall, they’ve been unavailable due to stock issues from Richardson.

What is included in the fee?

Uniform shirts and pants are purchased separately from the player fee by each family.

Included in the player fee is:

·       2 hats

·       Sweatshirt

·       Practice Shirt

·       Equipment bag

·       Helmet

We will keep you updated through these newsletters as we roll along, as always you can address questions directly to customer service by replying to this email.

Training Information

We're excited to roll out a brand new way to buy and schedule lessons online!

How to sign on for our new online system:

1: Click Here to create an account on EZ Facility. Set the account up with the PLAYER'S NAME AND BIRTHDAY, not the parent's.

2: Since you are on our teams, we add you as an Elevate NW Member, which allows you to get discounted pricing. We have to do this manually, so please send an email to info@enwbaseball.com after you've registered!

3: Download MemberMe+ (by MiGym), and select Elevate Northwest as your facility Click here for Apple Click here for Android

After these steps are completed, you'll be able to purchase and schedule lessons through EZ Facility or the app. You can also set up notifications and reminders to your liking.

We are currently adding Curt Nelson and several other instructors to the online platform, so if you don’t see who you’re looking for yet, they will all be there soon!

We have also secured another amazing facility in Bellevue which will house a lot of our training. You will see the Bellevue options appear in the online system soon as well. Lot’s more to come on this new facility!

Get Involved With Elevate!

The first major initiative we need your partnership in is our Elevate Community project, which includes all of the philanthropy and other service-related work our organization does. In the past this has included:

1.     Donations to other nonprofits doing amazing things in our community

2.     Building supply bags for people in need in downtown Seattle

3.     Collecting food and other materials for food pantries and churches in our area

4.     Volunteering for food bank distribution days for several area organizations

This year, we want to circle the wagons and plan to be more active than we’ve ever been in our community!

Elevate Northwest is so much more than just a baseball and fastpitch club, we are dedicated to living our values of gratitude, selflessness, and service. There is so much more we can do, and we need your help to make it a reality!

To make it happen, we’re creating a Community Impact Panel that can commit to meeting once a month to discuss ways to Elevate Community. We want to identify a group within our growing family that has a passion for this work, and is prepared to bring energy and great ideas to our meetings!

If you are interested, please respond to this email and Wade Perkins will be in touch regarding the panel. We think this is one of the most important things our organization will do in this new season, and we can’t wait to partner with some of our families to create an even bigger impact.

Elevate Northwest Puts Culture First!

We always like to include a section of culture information in our communications, as we work hard to build a unique and positive community in our region!

Today we’ll share what we call the Elev8 Culture Code. Our culture code defines the principles that guide our organization’s decisions and form the foundational mindset of our players.

  1. Belief – Belief in ourselves, our program, our team, our coaches. Hope for our future, optimism about our path. Belief in a greater power of love and good in our lives.
  2. Humility – The knowledge that we can’t do it alone and we have a long way to go. We need a support network, and we need to be that for others.
  3. Discipline – The commitment to keeping our mind and body clean and working hard at all times for our health, our grades, our team, and our community.
  4. Love – Turning our hearts and minds outward to express unconditional love to others.
  5. Power – Confidence and boldness in our purpose and our abilities. Being rock solid siblings and children, ready to perform any task to the best of our ability.
  6. Gratitude – Thankfulness for everything we have, and the many blessings in our lives.
  7. Service – Always searching for ways to serve our community and anyone around us in our daily lives. Finding our gift and sharing it with the world.
  8. Brotherhood/Sisterhood - Supporting our teammates through good times and tough times, being there for one another always. Playing and training FOR our team, not just with them.
