First things first, here’s what we have in our system for your subscription. If anything looks different than what you expected and/or needs changed, please let us know and we will update your account.

STEP 1: CHECK WEEKLY EMAIL FOR BAG CONTENTS, RECIPES,
COOKING TECHNIQUES & MORE!
The weekly email is sent out Tuesday afternoon. We'll include a variety of farm stories, new product features/highlights, recipes, cooking techniques & the list of expected bag contents for the week.

STEP 2: PICK UP TIME + BRING YOUR OWN BAG/TOTE/CARRYING CASE
Your groceries pre-packed at our warehouse in a liner bag, in a tote that stays with us. These liner bags are not sturdy enough to make it from the check-in table to your car, so please bring your own carrying bag/tote/box to transfer the contents into. If you have the large share, you'll likely need 2 bags, and if you placed a special order an extra bag/box is always a great idea!

Carrying Case Favorites: the traditional canvas bag that just about every business has given away at some point during an event in the past, laundry basket (they're shallow and wider than the canvas bags so when mid-summer melons, corn and cabbage come in things don't get smooshed!), collapsible storage crates (sturdy & easy to keep stored in your vehicle), cooler bags/totes for meat, printer paper case box.

STEP 3: CHECK IN WITH OUR TEAM OF GREETERS
We just need the name on your account -- last name is preferred. We may also ask you for the email address to find your account quicker, so make sure you know this just in case it's needed.

STEP 4: REVIEW BAG CONTENTS + TELL US IF YOU HAVE A SPECIAL ORDER
A list of BAG CONTENTS will be posted on the tables for reference when unpacking. Most items will match the list as expected, however there are times we have to make a last minute substitution if an item didn't come in as planned. This is also handy to review as you're transferring the bag contents from our tote into your own carrying case. It's not often, but sometimes we may have accidentally missed putting an item in the tote. Let us know on the spot and we can take care of it immediately.

SPECIAL ORDERS are packed separate from your weekly share, so please just let us know at check in that you have an extra order. We'll call up on the truck for it and hand it to you in addition to your regular share!

STEP 5: ENJOY & CONTINUE THE COOKING ADVENTURE AT HOME!
This is our favorite step of the process -- we love to hear what you're making. Let us know the following week when you pick up and/or tag us on Facebook/Instagram. We love to eat, cook and celebrate food and love to see what our customers are making!
ONLINE SHOP +
SPECIAL ORDERS
In addition to your weekly share, you have access to purchase extra grocery items as needed in our online store! You'll find a variety of items -- pasture raised eggs, pasture raised meats (pork, beef, chicken), milk, yogurt, grains, jams/jellies, sauces/salsa, produce, fruit & more! Placing an order online is usually the best way to guarantee you'll receive the items you're looking for. Some items can be limited in quantities and only available online.

The online shop is open now. A majority of the products are available, with the exception of extra produce which we will have a better idea of by mid-day Tuesday when the newsletter comes out. If you'd like to get a jump start on your shopping before Tuesday, you can place multiple orders and they will be combined at the time of processing.

To place an order, login to your account. Click the "Shop for Extra Items" blue button after logging in, or the "Shop" button at the top center of the screen. Orders must be paid for in full to be delivered. You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been completed.

ORDER DEADLINE – TUESDAY AT 11:59PM

To receive your order "this week", your order must be placed by Tuesday at 11:59pm. Example: orders placed by Tuesday, May 30 will be delivered Wed. May 31 - Sat. June 3. If your order is placed after the deadline, it will not be available until the following week. Check your confirmation email for order date pick up details.

Special orders will be delivered to the location selected during the checkout phase. The system defaults this to your primary location (listed above). If you know you need to pick-up at another location for the week you will have the option to select any location from the dropdown menu. Orders are only delivered to the location chosen at checkout and unfortunately cannot be transferred to another location. Any order not picked up is subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Let us know you have a special order when you check in! Special orders are packed separate from your regular weekly share. Please let us know you have an order, and we’ll call up for it on the truck.
OOPS...I FORGOT TO PICK UP MY SHARE
We get it...life happens (you had to work late, stuck in traffic, kids had a play-date, or you just totally forgot). Or, maybe you just have a one-time conflict with the time of your pick-up location.

You are welcome to pick-up your regular share at any of our Wednesday through Saturday if you missed your regular location or have a time conflict for the week with your primary pick up location. You can pick-up at a location before or after your regularly scheduled spot. We pack extra shares on the truck, so when you arrive just tell the greeter the name on your account and we'll be able to hand you your share. You can also send a friend or family member in your place -- to any location -- and all they need to know is the name + email address on your account.

If you happen to completely miss pick-up and are unable to stop by another location, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund for the missed pick-up. With the perishability of the product and logistics schedule we keep, any remaining shares on Saturday are forfeited and donated.

If you find you are frequently picking up at a location other than what's listed as your primary location, please update it in your account (or send us an email to let us know) so we can adjust our counts in our reports.
VACATION HOLD REQUEST
If you’re ever going to completely miss a pick-up, we allow up to 4 weeks of vacation holds.

 **To receive credit, a vacation hold must be recorded in your account by 11:59pm Saturday BEFORE to your vacation week.**

Vacations can be entered in your online account from the “Vacation” tab or ask the greeter to enter it when you pick-up your share prior to your vacation. If you miss the deadline to submit a vacation, the week you are trying to choose will not be available in the list. You can send a friend or family member in your place -- to any location -- if you miss the deadline. All they need is the name + email on your account.

Once you return from your vacation, you will have FFM credits to use for purchasing extras online or at the back of the truck.

You will need to spend at least $1 within the first four weeks after you return to maintain the full value of the credits. Credits will be reduced by 50% if you do not spend at least $1 within the first four weeks. Vacation credits expire at the end of the season.

If you are on the weekly payment plan, the weekly payment will still be charged, and you will receive a refund in the form of store credits to purchase items a la carte upon your return.

FFM STORE CREDITS
Looking to pay for extras in the online shop with cash and avoid the credit card fee? Bring a check to pick-up to purchase "store credits". We'll load them into your account like a gift card. They will be accessible for items purchased online and at pick-up. Credits can be purchased in the following increments -- $50, $100, $250, $400 and $550.

*Credits expire at the end of the season. Please put "credits" in the memo line of your check.
PURCHASES AT PICK-UP
When you arrive to pick up your share, we'll have a Farmers-Market-like display set up with extra items available for purchase on the spot. These items include baked goods, jams/jellies, sauces/salsa and lists with extra cheeses, dairy (milk, yogurt), eggs and meats. Take a look at our chalkboard signs + table displays for the lists of "chilled" items that are kept cold in the truck.

You can pay for your items by check, cash, credit card on file or FFM Credits. If you want to use your card on file, just let us know to put the items "on account" And invoice will be created, and your card on file will be charged within the next 24 hours.

Want to check out quickly without fumbling for cash or check and to save on credit card fees? Purchase FFM credits ahead of time (see above for details).
