As you may know, our family serves as a foster family for the City of Alexandria. These past two years have been filled with challenges and tremendous blessings. As we conclude this season of life as a foster family, we will definitely be ending it on a sweet note. The two children currently in our care through foster care will officially become part of our forever family through the blessing of adoption! In addition, we are expecting our eleventh child and first grandchild in September! God has been so good to our family!

In case you haven’t heard, Jennifer is writing a book! The theme is serving together with your family. It will provide 52 practical ways to serve together as a family. The intent is to be able to leave families with practical ways to continue serving. Hopefully, these children’s experiences will encourage them to continue serving as a regular part of life. Lord willing, it may even guide them into God‘s calling for their lives.

As we look back over these past 6 years, the Lord has blessed us with the opportunity to make and distribute over 15,000 Blessing Bags. We are grateful for the hundreds of families who have served with us, instilling a heart for serving in these precious children. We thank God for His faithful Provisions for everything needed in His perfect timing.
We are excited to share what’s next for us! We believe God is calling us to take our family and ministry to every state in the continental United States. We’ll be selling everything and taking our ministry on the road throughout the country. At each location, we will be staying for approximately one week and hosting Blessing Bags events with local churches and partner organizations in the community. Through these events, we will create opportunities for families to serve together, while also helping them develop a life-long heart for service. We will transition to full-time life on the road with 8 of our children. This exciting new season of life will start in the fall.

As we prepare for this new season of life, we are seeking the Lord’s provision for the many needs. One of our biggest material needs is an entertainer bus. We are prayerfully seeking a bunk-style entertainer bus, which will accommodate our family and ministry needs.
How You Can Help:
Pray - We invite you to intercede in prayer for our family and ministry. We need and desire God to intervene for us. We covet your prayers so much!
Share - We need your help to get the word out about our need for an entertainer style bus. Please share what the Lord has led us to do with at least two people. Then, please print or email the attached letter to share with at least two others. Prayerfully consider who you will be reaching out to. It might be a bus company, a dealership, a local news station, or someone who could pass this information to the right people. We don’t know exactly how God will provide this bus. However, we are inviting you to be a part of the process to get the word out. We are excited to see how God provides for this needs and so many others to equip us for this new season of life on the road.
