Please be aware that the Gluten Intolerance Group will be holding their annual All Staff meeting from May 21^st – 26^th, which will include GFCO staff. This means we will be operating with a skeleton crew, and we ask for your patience that week when awaiting responses to emails and phone calls. The All-Staff meeting is an important week of training for GIG and GFCO staff, and we plan to return from the week with the motivation and skills to provide you with even better service.

The FDA recently released a draft compliance policy on Food Allergen Labeling and Cross-contact. This draft is open for comments until July 17, 2023.
