REMINDERS

Testing records for Quarter 2 were due on July 10th. The GFCO standard requires that ingredient, equipment, and finished product testing are submitted quarterly – standard 70 (page 68). If you have not submitted your Q2 testing data, or informed us if you had no production during the second quarter, please send that information to [email protected].

All product and ingredient changes, including supplier changes must be submitted for review by GFCO, as a condition of your certification contract - standards 8, 34 (pages 50, 58 of the standards manual): Remaining compliant with GFCO certification standards will reduce the risk of a recall.

The GF Teen Summit is an annual event for gluten-free teens. This year Teen Summit was held at the Culinary Institute of America.
