HiDoc Telemedicine Service Update 
We are pleased to announce that our HiDoc® Online telemedicine platform will be updated on March 1 to better serve our members. We partnered with CloudWell Health, a local telehealth company, to offer our members the highest quality, local experience that also features new tools such as live chat, making it even easier for members to connect with a physician. The new portal still enables you to access to a local network of physicians by video or phone, day or night.

We are also excited to announce that HiDoc® will begin offering virtual counseling for mental health concerns (availability may differ from regular consults).

How to access the new HiDoc
All HiDoc Online users, both new and existing, will need to set up a new account on the upgraded site. Any time after 8:00 am HST March 1, follow these steps to create your account.
  1. Go to www.HiDocOnline.com from an internet browser such as Internet Explorer, or Safari (not compatible with Google Chrome).
  2. Click or tap Sign-Up and follow the prompts to enter your information and schedule a consultation. Your first and last name must be entered exactly as they appear on your health plan ID card. The password you choose must meet the password requirements.
  3. Provide your consent to finalize your registration.
  4. You will receive an email from HiDoc@CloudWellHealth.com asking you to verify your email address. Once you have verified your email, you may start using HiDoc Online from your computer or mobile device. Existing users should delete the old mobile app on March 1 as it will no longer be available. Links to the new mobile apps will be made available at hwmg.org/telemedicine once they are live in the App stores.

Instead of using your computer or mobile device, you may also dial the HiDoc Call Center to schedule an appointment. The new phone number is (808) 400-4113. A HiDoc representative will help you set up your new account and schedule a consultation, and provide you with further instructions.
