Nearly all Long-term Care Facilities in Indiana should be receiving a PPE kit between May 9-13 directly from FEMA. Each kit will contain various quantities of the following:
  • Standard Flat Surgical Masks
  • Powder-Free Nitrile Exam Gloves Non-Sterile (large)
  • Protective Safety Glasses/Goggles/face shield
  • Isolation Gown Level 1 (Disposable or Reusable)

  • The FDA issued a statement on the availability of alcohol-based hand sanitizer during the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • After receiving questions and concerns about the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for face masks posted on April 18, 2020, the FDA updated and re-issued the EUA.
