Indoor Event Guidelines
We are so excited to have youth events back into the church building! Please be aware of all the guidelines and rules we have so that we can all keep eachother safe.
  • Masks must be worn at all times

  • Social distancing must be maintained. Chairs and/or tables will be set up in a way that helps with this.

  • You are unable to attend church events in person if you or anyone in your household has tested positive for Covid-19, shown symptoms of Covid-19 or is being tested for Covid-19 in the last 14 days.

  • Attendance will be recorded at every event so that we know who has been in the building

  • Temperatures will be checked at the door. Anyone running a fever will be sent home.
  • Parents who are dropping off their students are asked to stick around for just a moment while we check temperatures in case your student needs to go home

  • Hand sanitizer will be required after your temperature is checked as you enter the building and will be available throughout the events to use as often as you would like.

  • There will be one entry and exit point for events to make sure we check everyone in. Please only enter and exit the building at the designated door to help us with this.
  • The Sunday Night Youth entry/exit point is the doors by the Worship Center
  • The Sunday Morning Bible Study and Thursday night Hangout entry/exit point is the doors to the Learning Center Lobby off the Circle Drive

  • On Sunday Nights, students will be dismissed by small group to go from the Worship Center to the youth rooms for small group discussion time so that not all of the students are moving through the halls at once. They will return by small group to the Worship Center to finish our time together and dismiss from there.

  • Students will either be in small groups in the youth area (Sunday Mornings and part of Sunday Nights) or in the Worship Center (Sunday nights). Please do not go into other parts of the building.

  • Surfaces, tables, chairs, ect. will be cleaned and sanitized after each event

  • Please do not use the elevator unless it is necessary

  • Do not come to youth events if you aren’t feeling well, if someone in your family isn’t feeling well, or if you have been in contact with someone who has COVID symptoms
  • COVID symptoms include a fever, difficulty breathing, persistent coughing, sore throat, persistent pain or pressure in your chest, or loss of taste or smell

  • If you or someone in your family does get sick and tests positive for COVID, please let us know so that we can let the people you have been in contact with at church know

  • Please bring your own Bible (either a hard copy or on your phone) since we won’t be able to pass any out.

  • We will do our best to provide a way to attend youth events online so that you can still be connected from home. Please have some patience with us as we figure out the best way to do this!
If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to Sarah Rozeboom or Brayden Bishop
