Our system upgrades are almost ready! As we prepare for go-live, we have a few important reminders:
The Member Connection will be unavailable September 10-12. If you have a question about your coverage, please contact customer serviceduring normal business hours.
On September 13, you're getting access to a new, enhanced member portal. If you already have a username and password to manage your Delta Dental benefits online, you can use that information to sign into the new member portal. If you’ve never managed your Delta Dental benefits online, you can create an account. You’ll need your member ID or social security number to complete your registration.
Your group number and member ID may change. As a courtesy, we're sending a new ID card with updated information to most members the week of September 13. Keep an eye on your mailbox! Note: Some employers requested that we do not re-card their members. To check if your group is on the list of those that will not receive new ID cards, visit deltadentalaz.com/systemupgrade.
Remember, these system enhancements only affect how we manage your plan behind-the-scenes and there are no changes to your plan coverage.
