Important Information: Lender Portal and MITAS

Offline February 7, 2025 at 2 p.m. ET

Attention Lenders:

NJHMFA will be performing system updates on the Lender Portal and MITAS beginning at 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 7, 2025. The Lender Portal and MITAS will be offline during this time and Lenders will not be able to access the Portal or register loans.

The system will be back online and available no later than Monday, February 10, 2025.
