Dear Parents of Rising Seniors,
North Carolina General Statutes (G.S. 130-A-152(a)) require all students entering 12th grade to receive the Meningococcal Conjugate booster vaccine.
If your child has had the immunization and you have not provided an updated copy of their NC immunization record to LNC, we ask you to please send a copy to the school prior to August 11 in one of the three following ways:
- Have your child bring a copy to the school office

Email a copy to Valerie Norris (vnorris@lncharter.org)
- Have your physician or the health department fax a copy to us at 704-875-2961
If your child has not had the immunization, please contact your primary care provider or local health department to schedule an appointment for the immunization.
If your child has a medical or religious exemption to this vaccine, you are required to provide the proper documentation using one of the methods listed above.
It is necessary that we receive proof that your child received this immunization prior to Thursday, September 9, 2022.
