We have received reports that individuals are going door-to-door, falsely claiming that your tap water is unsafe, and offering to sell water filtration systems.
Our state-certified water quality professionals work around the clock, conducting over 2,000 tests yearly to ensure your water meets all quality standards. These tests are performed by independent, state-certified laboratories and are automatically reported to the state. You can trust the quality of your water.
You may want to be cautious about anyone asking to test your water. If someone requests to enter your home to test your water, and you want to verify if they are from your Water District, please call our office at (831) 384-6131 for verification. Your safety and the quality of our water supply are our top priorities.
