The City of Stockton Emergency Rental Assistance Program is intended to provide housing stability for families and individuals facing economic hardship caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The County of San Joaquin has also established a program, those residing in the unincorporated County or one of the following cities: Escalon, Lathrop, Lodi, Manteca, Ripon, or Tracy may apply for the San Joaquin County Emergency Rental Assistance Program at

COVID Hospitalizations

(April 15, 2021) - Hospitals in San Joaquin County report having 56 COVID positive patients admitted for care. Adult intensive care units (ICU) are operating at 106% of licensed bed capacity. San Joaquin County hospitals report 0 patient deaths due to COVID in the past 24 hours.

Vaccine Information
Anyone working or living in San Joaquin County
aged 16 or older

Those 16 or 17 are approved for the Pfizer vaccine at this time. A parent or legal guardian must be present at the time of the appointment to provide consent. Vaccination of people younger than 16 will start as soon as the COVID-19 vaccines are approved for them
