We are excited to welcome our families to Blackbaud, a new database and portal we are implementing for all contact information. You will be able to update your contact information and access your child's report cards in the future.

Each parent or guardian has an individual account, and each person should complete the steps below to create an account in Blackbaud.

Rising PK and kindergarten families used Blackbaud last month to complete their contracts for next year. Parents in those grades who did not create a log-in now need to do so.

First, go to the login page for Blackbaud: brightschool.myschoolapp.com.

On the login screen, select Forgot login or First time logging in? (see picture below)

A new screen will appear and ask for your email address that you want to use to set up the account. Then select the boxes for both User Name and Password for information to be sent to you. (see picture below).

You will receive an email from [email protected] which will give you your username (which is your email address) and a temporary password.

While you are logged in, please check your profile settings (see area in red below) and update your contact card with any contact information, emergency contact or other pertinent information.
