New Procedure This Year!

Session attendance will be tracked more efficiently this year using QR codes! Sign in quickly using the Whova Mobile App or your device’s camera. If you use your phone’s camera to scan the QR check-in code, remember to use the same email address that you used to register.

QR codes will be placed outside of each session room and attendees can check-in as early as 15 minutes before, and no later than 15 minutes after, the session begins. Scanned sessions will be stored in the Whova app, please save a screen shot of the sessions you attend for your records.

Although you can either sign-in digitally using the QR code, or manually using the paper sign-in sheet, the preferred method of sign-in is digitally. This will make tracking your CE credits in the event of an audit more streamlined and efficient.

Look for QR codes to be placed outside of each session room.

Use the Whova App to scan the code.

Signing In - Easy as 1, 2, or 3!

Analog Sign In

QR codes not your thing? No worries! There will be a paper sign-in sheet at the entrance to every room that you can use to manually sign-in. Please note, if you are audited it will take the PVMA staff longer to confirm your attendance this way.

How Do I Get My CE?

Certificate of Attendance

Your Certificate of Attendance will be given to you Sunday at the end of the day. Certificates can be picked up at the registration desk. Only attending for one day? Stop by the registration desk before you leave to pick up your certificate.

Important Note...

PVMA is proud to offer continuing education for the entire team, and for this reason not all sessions will count toward your license renewal.

Please be aware that any session labeled "CVPM" on the schedule will not count toward scientific continuing education required for veterinary and technician license renewal. All other sessions qualify for scientific CE. If you are unsure about any sessions, please email [email protected] with your questions, or ask a staff member on-site.
