The National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges (NCJFCJ) is developing a companion guide to their Enhanced Resource Guidelines and has issued an anonymous survey of judicial officers across the nation to inform on court practices regarding families impacted by Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) and other Substance Use Disorders (SUD).
The goal of the companion guide will be to address the vast array of judicial practices that are serving our families impacted by OUD and other SUDs. Responses to the survey will be incorporated into the development of the guide.
The survey is voluntary, should take no more than 10 minutes to complete, and all responses can be submitted anonymously. NCJFCJ is asking judicial officers to complete the survey by November 30, 2021.
