Announcing Judicial Commission on Mental Health Jurist in Residence Resource Letter
Dear Judges and Practitioners,

As many of you are aware, the Supreme Court of Texas and the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals launched a Judicial Commission on Mental Health in February 2018. Like the Children’s Commission, the Judicial Commission on Mental Health has a senior judge who serves as its Jurist in Residence. This week, the JCMH is launching its own series of JIR letters to help inform interested stakeholders about changes to mental health laws, policies, and practices, and to help connect the judiciary with the mental health community at large.

Link to the JCMH Jurist in Residence Resource Letter to read about the JCMH, its JIR program, and to sign up to receive regular communiques from the JCMH JIR going forward.
