Child Protective Services created a webinar series dedicated to exploring issues related to racial and ethnic disparities in the child welfare system. On Thursday, November 19, 2020, from 1:30 to 2:45 p.m. CST, the webinar topic will be “Someone Who Looks Like Me: Representation Within the Child Welfare System.” Presenters will discuss the need for representation in child welfare services and the impact of racial disproportionality among residential and adoptive childcare providers and caregivers.
