Judicial Trauma Institute Replay and Materials Now Available
The Children’s Commission is pleased to announce that the session replays and materials for the virtual April 2021 Judicial Trauma Institute (JTI) are now available on the Commission’s website. The JTI content was designed by Commission staff in partnership with the Statewide Collaborative on Trauma-Informed Care (SCTIC) Training Workgroup. The goal of the JTI was for judicial teams to gain information and discover practical tools and resources about how to become a trauma-informed court in CPS cases. The conference session replays and materials are relevant and useful for any Texas judge, attorney, and stakeholder interested in learning more about trauma-informed court practices. Additional related materials and resources regarding trauma can be found on www.TraumaInformedTexas.com.
