The National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges and The Council of State Governments Justice Center are co-hosted a three-part webinar on data illuminating the reality of youth crime and violence, and insights from research, experts, judicial leaders, and others on the actions courts can take to improve public safety and youth outcomes. Each webinar will share research, best practice strategies, and examples of initiatives and models that highlight judicial leadership in reducing juvenile justice system involvement for lower-risk youth, adopting and implementing strategies to serve higher-risk youth, and identifying and expanding services to better meet the needs of youth and their families.

The next session will focus on Effective Strategies for Violence Prevention and Serving Higher-Risk Youth in the Community, and will take place on January 29, 2025 at 3:00 CST. More information and registration are available here.
