Juvenile Justice Judicial Training Institute

The Council of State Governments Justice Center is holding the first-of-its-kind Juvenile Justice Judicial Training Institute on September 24-28, 2023, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This Institute is designed for all judicial officers (judges, magistrates, referees, and hearing officers) who hear juvenile delinquency cases. The Institute takes the form of an interactive and intensive 4.5-day program that will give new and experienced judicial officers increased knowledge, practical tools, and an essential foundation of best practices to use in delinquency cases. The Institute is free to attend; participants are responsible for their own travel, lodging and meals. More information can be found here.
