NCSC Survey of Attorneys regarding Virtual Child Welfare Hearings
Your state is working with the National Center for State Courts (NCSC) to learn more about attorney practice in virtual child welfare hearings. We would like to hear about your experience in virtual hearings specific to child welfare cases. Please complete this short survey. The results will help us understand how attorney practice has adapted to virtual hearings, what adaptations you will continue, and what barriers they present to delivering high quality legal representation.
Your participation is voluntary. Your answers to this survey will not be connected to your name or any of your cases. There are no significant risks related to participation in this survey, although some participants may feel some pressure to reveal feelings or experiences when answering some of the survey questions.
