The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) recently published a final regulation and two notices of proposed regulations memorandums (NPRMs) in the Federal Register. The Children’s Bureau (CB) will hold a separate information session on each rulemaking for state and tribal title IV-E agencies and the public at the following date and times. No advance registration is required for the information sessions. The three rules will support kinship caregivers and LGBTQI+ children in foster care as well as expand access to legal representation for children and families in the child welfare system. An Information Memorandum for each rulemaking is also available below.
