Dear DACC Students and Families -

Our Virtual Information Sessions and Acceptance Celebration are coming up in April. These events are held specifically for new families so that you can feel comfortable starting the 2026-2027 school year with us.

Please take a moment to register below if you haven't already. If you cannot attend any of the events, details about how to catch up on important information are provided below.

If you are receiving this newsletter in error or would like to change the type of information you receive, please click on the 'Update Profile' button at the bottom of this message.

Virtual Information Sessions - Optional

Receiving an acceptance letter from DACC is exciting, but can also leave you with some questions about what's next, how to schedule your classes, and much more.

We will host two virtual information sessions to make sure you get your questions answered. If you are unable to attend these events or if you are receiving this email after they are held, not to worry. The recorded sessions, along with the presentation slides, will be posted to our website on the Student and Parent hub here.

Register below for one or both of these sessions:

Acceptance Night

Our Acceptance Night for incoming students is coming up on April 23rd, and we hope to see you there!

Each lab instructor will hold three sessions throughout the evening so that you can pick the time that best fits into your schedule.

Please use this link to review the location and time of your program's sessions and to register for a time to attend.

If you are bringing parents or guests with you, please indicate on the sign-up form how many people will be coming with you so we can make sure to accommodate everyone.

This event is a great opportunity to get to know your instructor better, learn more about your program, and ask any questions that you have. We look forward to seeing you!

If you are unable to attend the event or if you received this invitation after April 23rd, please reach out to your program instructor to request the materials that were shared. Our staff directory can be accessed here.

If you're not sure what your lab instructor's name is, take a look at this list of lab programs - each program page lists the instructor and their contact info. They will be happy to catch you up on the important information you need to know.

Fees and Student Assistance

While there is no tuition to attend DACC, each program has a set of fees associated with it in order to cover the cost of tools and equipment. Fees for the 2026/2027 school year are approved at the April Board of Education meeting and will be available on the DACC website here.

Student Assistance forms for the 2026-2027 school year will be made available in August. However, now is a great time to review the assistance that will be available to you, including:

  1. Setting up a payment plan
  2. Filling out the Household Information Survey - those who qualify may have some or all of their fees reduced or waived with the exception of CTSO dues. DACC must have our own form completed separately from your home school.
  3. Apply for the Student Assistance Fund
