Welcome! I am very pleased to announce the launch of the NEW website for the Pinellas County Property Appraiser's Office. This website is the culminating result of many hours working with staff members, programmers, members of the public, and real estate professionals to build and design a site that is both user friendly and resource rich. We set out to create a best-in-class site that services all property and business owners in Pinellas County with detailed records, comprehensive search features, custom reports, and data downloads - to name a few, and believe we have done just that. We know that with the redesign of the site, familiar content and functions may have been moved or enhanced, so we want to offer all users the chance to become familiar with the experience by hosting our new site on pcpao.com while still operating our current site at pcpao.org. Visit our redesigned site, currently hosted at www.pcpao.com Our new site has everything you need. Discover new features like our comparable sales search, custom reports, powerful advanced search and data downloads, business tangible account search, new mapping tools, expanded resources - and more! Have a question, comment, or need to report a bug? Use the Feedback Tool found on the right side of the screen of the new site. For the time being, we will be running our current site at www.pcpao.org and our new site at www.pcpao.com in tandem. This will allow property owners, business operators, real estate professionals, and local municipalities the opportunity to get familiar with the new user experience and functions offered by our new site. Public Education Sessions

Join us for an upcoming informational session! Check our website for upcoming public education sessions. We host in-person sessions in our St. Petersburg training facility as well as virtual sessions you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home! Topics often include new homeowner tips and tools, applying for exemptions, and resources for real estate professionals. All of our sessions are recorded and available on the Pinellas County Property Appraiser's YouTube Channel.
