To participate in the electronic ratification vote on the tentative agreement for a two-year extension of the Provincial Collective Agreement you will require both your employee ID number (found on your paystub) and your date of birth. This information is used as part of the voter validation requirement of the electronic voting system. If you are not sure where/how to find your employee ID number, there is an example below of where it can be found on your pay stub.  You can click here for further assistance with obtaining your employee ID number.
The system will only allow NLTA members in good standing who fall under the Provincial Collective Agreement to vote. To ensure a secret ballot, once a vote is cast there will be no identifiable link between the voter information and the voting intention.
