IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR

THE 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR

Please feel free to access our tuition rates for the 2025-26 school year, which can be found here. Our school’s plans for next year will position us to continue to improve and innovate in key areas important to our families (tune in to our recent fall State of the School, “Firm Foundations - Strong Future”, to learn more):

Key Focus Areas for the Future

  • Safety Enhancements:
  • Safety continues to be a cornerstone of our strategic efforts. Over the past few years, we’ve implemented significant upgrades such as perimeter fencing, security cameras, and safety planning. Moving forward, our hope is to expand on these initiatives.
  • Faculty Retention and Compensation:
  • Our faculty are the heart of our school, and retaining top-tier educators is critical to our success. For the 2025-2026 school year, we’re focusing on increasing compensation, professional development, and providing robust support to ensure we attract and retain the best educators in our community.
  • Service and Missions Week:
  • We’re thrilled to introduce a new initiative that will serve as another distinctive aspect of a VCS education: Service and Spiritual Emphasis Week. Coming next week, students will engage in service projects that reflect our mission of faith in action.
  • Fine Arts Expansion:
  • This year, we’re excited to showcase our first-ever K-12 musical performance, The Classical Adaptation of Beauty and the Beast. Looking ahead, we’ll broaden opportunities in fine arts, including new programs in music, choir, and radio broadcasting.
  • Academic Excellence:
  • We remain committed to academic growth across all grade levels. For 2025-2026, we’re enhancing our curriculum to strengthen student outcomes in key areas like writing and math.

Tuition Rates and Financial Stewardship

We understand that tuition is a significant consideration for families (feel free to review our tuition rates for the 2025/2026 school year here), and we remain committed to balancing affordability with the exceptional quality of education we provide. While other schools have implemented tuition increases ranging from 8% to 15% or more, we are working diligently to keep our increases modest. Our goal is to meet our strategic objectives—including improving faculty compensation, enhancing safety, and expanding academic and extracurricular opportunities—while minimizing the financial impact on our families.

Continuous Enrollment Reminder

As a reminder, VCS operates under a model of continuous enrollment, eliminating the need for an annual re-enrollment process. To withdraw for the following school year without incurring fees, please notify the Business Office by March 1, 2025. As a reminder, Extended Care (Before/After school) is excluded from continuous enrollment. Please contact the Elementary Office for 2025-26 Extended Care enrollment.
