The system will pre-populate your information and please review to make sure that all the information is correct. Update and complete your information and select REGISTER to submit
Once registration is submitted, ELC is notified to review and activate your account
When your account is activated by ELC, you will be notified by email that you may log-in to the OEL Provider Services Portal to complete your provider profile (formerly known as your Annual Provider Update information).
Once you are registered and logged into the OEL Provider Services Portal Dashboard, please select the tab named BUSINESS and update your Business information. Complete and save.
Next select the tab named PROFILE, and then select the button + Create 2018; this will create your new provider profile. Please begin with the tab named General, completing the information in each tab thereafter; complete and save as you go along.
