Food Vendor Fee: $500 (per 10’X10’ booth space)
                    
Health Permit Fee: $30 (unless you already have a TN permit) 
 
A Certificate of insurance naming the Sevierville Chamber of Commerce as additional insured will be required to set up at the event.
Mail your payment with the certificate of insurance or call in and pay with a credit card. If you choose to call and pay with a credit card you must E-mail the certificate of insurance to [email protected]


Set-up Information
Bloomin’ Barbeque is a two-day event (May 19 & 20, 2023). Food Vendor set up will begin at 6pm on Thursday May 18. All vendors must set up Thursday night and be ready for the Health Inspection by 8am Friday.   All food vendors must remain set up until 9pm on Friday May 19, 2023, and until at least 9pm on Saturday, May 20, 2023 (Booth area cannot be removed until after the close of the event at 10pm due to safety concerns). Security will be provided overnight but we recommend that very valuable merchandise be removed when not in attendance.
