The 2022 Chesapeake Chamber Music Festival is Coming Tomorrow!
|
|
The 37th Chesapeake Chamber Music Festival, June 10 through June 18, offers six concerts, two open rehearsals, and two artist/audience conversations. The concerts are presented around the theme of “Artful Dialogues” to stimulate a variety of “musical conversations” between performers and the audience around works encompassing varied periods, styles, and ensembles. The addition of a vocal component is new this year, opening a window on the rich repertoire pairing intimate chamber-scale instrumental ensembles and the human voice. Also, enjoy a performance by Trio Colores, the Lerman Gold Prize winners of Chesapeake Music’s 10th International Chamber Music Competition for Young Professionals.
