Important login update


We’re reaching out to share details about changes to your Client Center portal. Our firm partners with Thomson Reuters to provide the portals for secure transmission of online documents to and from our office. The sign in page has been updated to improve security. 


What you need to know:


  • You’ll need to create a new Thomson Reuters account with a new username and password. To do this, login as normal with your current Client Center ID and password. You’ll then be prompted to create a new account once signed in as a Client Center user. If you’ve forgotten your login ID or email address you have connected to your account, please reply to this e-mail.


  • Two factor authentication is now required. We recommend selecting your cell phone number via text message to authenticate your account. There are several other options to verify your identity including a phone, email, apps and biometrics. If you’d like to use Thomson Reuters free Guardian app it is available for download via Apple App Store for iOS and Google Play Store for Android. Learn more about two-factor authentication.
