Before working with the State, Ms. Lowrie was a senior investigator with the Department of Labor for over 21 years. Julie has a BA degree from the University of San Diego. She has two masters degrees; one in advanced investigations and one in economic crime management. Julie also received her Juris Doctorate degree from the American College of Law.
Ms. Hatch, awarded the #1 Medicare Supplement agent in California and NAHU Soaring Eagle recipient, will be speaking about the largest Medicare Changes in history in 2016 and Plan F and Plan C eliminations.
