Dear Scouting Families,
We hope you and your Scout are enjoying a wonderful holiday season. As we prepare for an exciting year of Scouting in 2026, we want to ensure every member is accurately renewed before unit recharters take place in early January.
This message is being sent to all families, including those who:
- Have already renewed for 2026 – Please double-check to ensure you're properly renewed.
- Have memberships that are about to expire – please renew by December 31st.
- Have memberships that have already expired – please renew as soon as possible to avoid disruptions.
Completing your renewal before December 31st helps ensure:
- Safeguarding our youth - this is the top priority of this council. All members must be properly registered to ensure the safety of all youth/members.
- No interruptions in your Scout’s participation, advancement, or event registration.
- A smooth and timely unit recharter in early January.
- Accurate membership records for your Pack, Troop, Crew, or Ship.
Your prompt attention is greatly appreciated and helps all our units remain strong and focused on delivering the best possible Scouting program.
How to Renew Your Membership Online
You can renew conveniently through my.scouting.org using the self-service portal. Here’s how:

Go to my.scouting.org and sign in. If needed, use “Forgot Username/Password.”

From the left menu, click “My Applications” or “My Memberships.”
- Locate your current or expired membership.
- If a renewal is needed, select Renew and follow the payment prompts.
- Look for a confirmation email once complete.
If your account shows you are already renewed for 2026, no further action is required.
