I hope you are well and ready for some snow! I wanted to share my thoughts on the calendar with you. This school year’s calendar has two emergency closure days built into it. Following yesterday’s closure, we have one left.
Moving forward, our approach will be that when advance information is available regarding a potential need for a closure, we will plan for and use a remote day. This allows us to reserve the last emergency closure day for an unpredictable event.
In light of the forecast for next week, the students and staff have been informed, and devices will be brought home tonight and next week in the event they may be needed.
