The Morehouse School of Medicine will officially transition from Zoom to Microsoft Teams starting July 1, 2025. We will provide some help to ease the transition.

Moving to Microsoft Outlook Calendar for all Room Reservations

We’re excited to announce that Morehouse School of Medicine (MSM) is officially transitioning from EMS to Microsoft Outlook Calendar for all room reservations and event scheduling. At this very moment, installations are underway.

This change is part of our ongoing efforts to streamline event management and improve the overall user experience. Outlook Calendar offers a more intuitive and integrated platform, allowing you to manage events directly within your existing calendar, making scheduling faster, simpler, and more efficient.

What You Need to Know:

• EMS will sunset on July 15
• Reserve rooms directly through the Outlook Calendar
• Room reservation panels have been installed outside some meeting rooms, allowing for walk-up scheduling and real-time availability
• Resources and support will be available to help you get started
