On Sunday September 26, 2021, we will formally recognize Pastor Schultz as St. John Lutheran's next Senior Pastor. We want to mark this new season of ministry and celebrate together as our church family. We rejoice in our Lord who continues to provide for us through the ministry of Word and Sacraments. Pastor Robert Zick (2nd Vice President of the South Wisconsin District) will join us for worship on Sunday - leading the installation rite. We invite your prayers for St. John Lutheran and encourage you to attend this upcoming celebration.
DIRECTOR OF FAMILY LIFE & YOUTH – READ HER LETTER
********* Katrina's Letter ***************
To the Saints at Saint John Lutheran Church & School,
After a lot of prayer and contemplation, I am delighted to accept the Call to serve as the Director of Family Life and Youth. God has made it very clear to me that St John Lutheran is where He wants me to be. As one who only wants to do God's Will, I consider it a blessing and an honor to serve alongside you. Together, we will teach our students the love of Christ and the importance of our Christian faith. Together, we will support and love the parents and guardians of our students. Together, we will also support and love each other while sharing Christ’s joy and grace with those in our community of Plymouth and throughout Sheboygan County. My confirmation verse is Psalm 37:5 “Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him and He will do this.” God constantly shows me how true this passage is for my life. We commit our life to the Lord and trust in Him each day. Please continue to pray for me as I seek an apartment and begin the transition to Plymouth. I am eager to begin my ministry with Pastor Schultz and all of you.
God’s Blessings to you all, Soli Deo Gloria
Katrina Johns
